Contraindications
You should not receive a massage if you have the following conditions as recommended by the American Massage Therapy Association:
- Pulmonary Embolism
- Deep Vein Thrombosis
- Cold, Flu or COVID
- Fever
- contagious, skin, disease or infection
- fractures
- Cancer
- liver or kidney disease
- If advised by a doctor, or a physician, not to receive a massage.
